We offer both recurring subscription plans and one-time purchase options. Features and pricing may vary depending on the selected plan.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your business name, title, contact phone number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Payment & Billing

All fees are listed in CDN.

Subscriptions: Billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly) until cancelled.

One-time purchases: Charged immediately at the point of sale.

We use secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. No refunds for monthly plans or one-time purchases unless legally required.

6. License & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your business purposes only.
You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or distribute our software

Use the Services for illegal or unethical purposes

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or copy any part of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software components of Yadah are the property of Yadah Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

We collect minimal personal and business information such as names, phone numbers, titles, and business addresses to operate the platform. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
